Customer Service is our top concern, which is why if you are not satisfied with your order you may qualify for a refund.
Returns at Celizzione.com are always free of charge.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unaltered and with tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have the right to deny any returns that we feel like do not meet our returns policy.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
-All types of accessories
-Sale and Final Sale Items
Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require the invoice originally inserted with your items in the package.
A return-shipping label will always be included with your original packaging.
To return your products click on "Issue a Return" at the bottom of the page under "Customer Service".
Follow the steps and request a refund for the products you would like to return. Submit your request.
If your request in approved you will be notified through email. Simply attach the pre-paid shipping label already included in your original packaging to the front of your package and drop at you local post office.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 days depending on your bank and billing cycle.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
