• Every time you place an order with us, you will not be required to re-enter all of your billing & shipping information. Your information will stay on file that way it is time-efficient for the times your order online.

• Browsing & shopping has never been easier. You have the availability of browsing, shopping and completing your order at a later time. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed and payment has been captured, we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed with us.

How do I track my package?

As soon as your package has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipping. The email will provide you with a tracking number and a tracking link to the shipping carriers website.


What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

Online purchases made through are valid for a return within 15 days of the ship date. All returned items must be unused, unaltered and with tags. A return label is shipped with your order.

If you wish to return the items:

    • Go to "Issue a Return" at the bottom of the page.
    • Enter your email address and order number.
    • Issue a return complaint and enter the required information.
    • Attach the return label to the front of the package and please insert the original invoice shipped in the original package.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

No, items on sale and final sale cannot be returned. Accessories cannot be returned as well.

Are there any restocking fees?

No, there are no restocking fees.

What will it cost me to make a return?

Returns are free at A return label is always included in the original packaging so you do no have to worry about purchasing a return label.

How long does it take to process my return?

In order to process a return it may take from 7-14 days depending on your bank and billing cycle.
